I'm Marde Burke—an industrial designer by trade and a hunter by heart. Living in Southeast Oklahoma, I needed a broadhead that could handle the pests common to our region: raccoons, hogs, and coyotes.
I designed the Shrapnel 4-blade freespinning broadhead with a specific purpose in mind. The head crumples on impact like a hollow point bullet, causing maximum trauma to the animal for quick, ethical kills.
The crumpling design also keeps your arrows from burying themselves in the earth on a missed shot. Fewer lost arrows means more time hunting.
